Job Purpose 
The Head of Electrical Installation and Maintenance Division will be responsible for overseeing all Solar and Conventional electrical installation and maintenance works and activities of the company. This includes managing all electrical installation projects up to 330KV voltage levels, maintenance of generators and solar systems. He will prepare tenders, plan work schemes ensuring on-time delivery of projects, accurate reporting, and providing strategic support towards the company’s growth and profitability. The successful candidate will be a key member of the management team, contributing to the overall strategy and development of Morgan Energy Limited.   

Key Responsibilities: 
1.0    Project and Maintenance Planning 
1.1    Develop and implement comprehensive database of specifications and prices of electrical appliances and equipment for optimal tendering for project bids. 
1.2    Plan project timelines and strategies aligned with timely and efficient execution of projects and maintenance works in line with company’s objectives. 
1.3    Provide strategic technical recommendations and risk management initiatives to the CEO and executive management team based on thorough insight, analysis and projections. 
1.4    Design optimum systems and installations in line with extant regulations using industry standard software. 

2.0    Reporting and Analysis 
2.1    Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual project implementation reports. 
2.2    Ensure compliance of installations with NESIS Regulations and other relevant international standards, regulations and specifications. 
2.3    Prepare detailed project reports and analysis. 

3.0    Division’s Budgeting and Forecasting 
3.1    Prepare annual budget of the Division and review quarterly, half yearly and annually. 
3.2    Monitor departmental expenditure. 

4.0    Team Leadership and Development 
4.1    Lead, mentor, and develop the installation and maintenance team to achieve departmental and organizational goals. 
4.2    Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional growth within the team.  
4.3    Liaise with Human Resources Officer for the recruitment, training, and performance management of the division’s workforce. 

5.0    Stakeholder Management 
5.1    Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including NERC, NEMSA, SON, M.A.N. and AMMON as may be directed by the Managing Director/CEO 
5.2    Represent the company in technical matters to external parties and industry forums as determined by the Chief Executive Officer.   

Qualifications and Experience 
   ▪    Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field. 
   ▪    Registration with COREN. 
   ▪    A Master’s degree or other professional qualification will be an advantage. 
   ▪    Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in design, installation and maintenance of electrical installations, power and solar systems, with at least 2 years in a senior management position. 
   ▪    Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
   ▪    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Project. 
   ▪    Competence with Autodesk/Autocad is an advantage. 
   ▪    Experience in the energy sector or related industry is also an added advantage.

The Quality Assurance/Quality Control Officer will be responsible for overseeing all quality activities meters production within the company. This includes ensuring procurement of quality SKDs from the OEMs, production and on-time delivery of meters, accurate reporting, and providing strategic support towards the company’s growth and profitability. The successful candidate will be a key member of the management team, contributing to the overall strategy and direction of Morgan Energy Limited.

   ▪    Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in quality control/quality assurance in assembly and process flow production environment and roles, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership position.

Job Purpose 

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Company Driver to join our team. The Company Driver's responsibilities include safely transporting company executives and goods, ensuring adherence to company policies and traffic laws, and maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition. 


Key Responsibilities: 

1.0 Transportation 

1.1 Safely and timely transport company executives, goods, and other authorized personnel to and from specified locations. 

1.2 Ensure passengers reach their destinations in a safe and comfortable manner. 


2.0 Vehicle Maintenance 

2.1 Perform routine and as-needed maintenance on assigned vehicle(s) to ensure they are in good working condition. 

2.2 Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times. 


3.0 Compliance and Safety 

3.1 Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures. 

3.2 Follow safety standards for loading and unloading goods, passengers, or hazardous materials. 


4.0 Route Planning 

4.1 Plan routes using GPS navigation or maps to determine the most efficient route for trips. 

4.2 Adjust routes based on traffic or weather conditions.   


5.0 Fuel Monitoring 

5.1 Maintain accurate records on fuel consumption per trip. 

5.2 Ensure all signs from the fuel gauge are timely attended to avoid damages. 


6.0 Documentation 

6.1 Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, logs of trips, and any incidents or accidents  

6.2 Ensure all required permits and licenses are up to date. 


7.0 Customer Service 

7.1 Provide excellent customer service to passengers and clients. 

7.2 Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or goods as needed.  

Qualifications and Experience

   •    Proven experience as a Company Driver or relevant position.

   •    Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

   •    Extensive knowledge of applicable driving rules and regulations.

   •    Proficient in using GPS and other navigation systems.

   •    Ability to lift heavy packages and luggage.

   •    Excellent organizational and time management skills.

   •    High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
